Vivid Eye Care developed Eyes on Our Community in 2016 as a reaction to the economic downturn. Not all families are financially able to access the eye care they need, so EOOC was developed with the goal of assisting these families and individuals in our community through complimentary one-time vouchers for complimentary eye exams and eyeglasses.
