Rewards for You & The People You Care About
For each new household you refer to Vivid Eye Care, both you and the person you referred will receive one of the following¹:
- $50 off of a complete pair of prescription glasses² or sunglasses³ or,
- $50 off of any pair of non-prescription sunglasses³
If either you or your referral are not currently looking to replace your glasses or sunglasses, you can choose a $25 gift card to one of the following businesses instead⁴:

Please note that this offer is only valid for new households (patients living at a different address than the patient making the referral).
New patients must arrive for their appointment and/or complete their purchase to apply the rewards. There is a limit of 1 reward for each new household referred. Vivid Rewards cannot typically be combined with other offers or discounts.
